Steve Kenyon Outdoor Memorial Classroom
The Loveland Schools Foundation is pleased to be partnering with Tigers Inc and LHS Green Team in support of the Steve Kenyon Memorial Classroom at Loveland High School. Mr. Kenyon was a Loveland graduate, teacher and coach for baseball, football and softball.
Being a part of Loveland High School combined his passion for education and sports. His sudden passing was not only a loss for Loveland High School, but a loss for our entire community. The Steve Kenyon Outdoor Memorial Classroom will be a lasting tribute to his love of the outdoors and teaching.
Join Us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The community is welcome to join us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, September 26th at 5:30 pm prior to the Loveland High School Homecoming Game.
Why are we doing this project?
To create an outdoor classroom where students can come and learn in a unique environment. This will allow staff to have an area to take a whole class and still teach. It is an outdoor classroom and an area of remembrance for people to celebrate the lives of people who have gone too soon in the district. Another massive reason is that the classroom will not only improve the student's mental health but also the teacher's.
