Haley Nutter-Sitek

From the graduating class of 2009, Haley moved to Loveland Schools in sixth grade and was an active student within the Tiger community. Haley's interests spread across a vast array of things, from the arts to athletics. Haley was a member of the drama club, thespian society, as well as being a part of the Loveland Show Choirs. She also played tennis from 8th-12th grade, landing her a tennis scholarship that would take her onto college.

Haley attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She majored in Culinary Arts with a concentration in Food Service Entrepreneurship. It was here where she met her now husband, Anthony Sitek, who is also her business partner. She found her love for the Hospitality industry early on, and knew that her skillset was best fit for Front of House operations, so she left her chef hat behind to focus on growing her knowledge in all things Hospitality.

After graduating in 2013 she moved to Chicago with her husband, and oldest son, Aiden. Chicago's experience led to opportunities for her husband in Miami, Florida where they moved and lived for a few years before moving back home to Cincinnati to start their own venture.

Now, Haley co-owns and Operates Crown Restaurant Group. A company that started in 2018 with their flagship, Crown Republic Gastropub, and continued with one restaurant a year-  bringing us some of Cincinnati's best dining destinations... Losanti, Rosie's Italian, Cantina, Five Kitchen & Bar, and Marigold. This year, Haley will be expanding their Losanti concept outside the walls of Cincinnati, and taking it to Columbus.

Most importantly, Haley is a mom to three beautiful children; Aiden (14), Pierson (10) and Shiloh (6). When she isn't working at the restaurants, she enjoys playing tennis at her old stomping grounds where she played in high school, Five Seasons (now Lifetime Racket & Fitness), and spending time with her husband, Anthony, planning on their next restaurant adventure...
